If you no longer need to be part of a team, you can easily remove yourself from it. To leave a team:
- Open the team conversation you wish to leave.
- Tap the team name in the app navigation bar at the top of the screen.
- Tap the gear icon to expose the conversation settings menu.
- Tap Leave Team.
