The RingCentral app allows Users to customize their mobile notifications. Users can also now easily distinguish notifications from other applications versus RingCentral app notifications with this feature.

On iOS

  1. Launch the RingCentral App on your iOS device.
  2. Tap your Profile Picture > Notifications.
  3. Tap Notification Sound under Mobile Notifications.
  4. Select your desired Notification Sound from the list.

On Android

  1. Tap the Hamburger button (three horizontal lines) icon > Settings > Notifications.
  2. Tap Notification Sound under Mobile notifications.
  • If you're using Android 8 and lower versions: Select your desired Notification Sound from the list.
  • If you're using Android 8 and higher versions: You can toggle the button to enable Show notifications for all Messages, Meetings, Phone, and Other. When enabled, you can also enable or disable sub-notifications for each setting.
