You can send up to 10 file attachments in one message and include their descriptions. The attachments can be sent by creating a new message or by sending a reply to a team conversation.

1. Open the RingCentral app.
2. Create a new message. You can also open a direct message or team conversation to send a reply to.
3. Tap the Plus (+) icon at the bottom left, then tap Attach files or photos.
4. Select the file(s) or photo(s) to attach. It will now show the images and files inside a box that is used to display a text
Note: You can tap the picture to view the full-screen mode.
5. Tap the Send icon.

Limitation

Devices with smaller screen sizes may not fully display the message editing and attachment area on the screen in landscape mode. Users who use 3rd-party keyboards that occupy a lot of space in height may also experience this issue. You can rotate your screen to portrait mode as a workaround.
