Favoriting a team or direct message thread will add that conversation to your list of Favorites. To favorite any type of conversation from the RingCentral app, follow the steps below:
For iOS:
- Find the conversation you wish to favorite in the Messages tab.
- Swipe right on the name of the conversation.
- Tap the Favorite icon.
The conversation you favorited will now be displayed on the Favorites screen in the Messages tab.
For Android:
- Find the conversation you wish to favorite on the RingCentral App.
- Long press (tap and hold) on the name of the conversation to be favorited.
- Tap Add to favorites.
The conversation you favorited will now be displayed on the Favorites tab of the Inbox screen.
