You can view your call log, call information, faxes, text messages, access your voicemails, and delete call logs right from your iOS devices.

1. Launch the RingCentral app.
2. Navigate to Phone > Calls.
3. Select an action to make: View your call log , View call information, Access voicemails, View text messages, View faxes or Delete Call logs

View your call log

To view your call log, tap the Calls tab to see your inbound, outbound, and missed calls. You can also tap the Filter icon on the upper right (below the Fax tab) to view only your missed calls.

View call information

1. Tap the Calls tab, then tap or long-press a contact, number, or a non-user extension (limited extensions, and groups such as Call queue, Shared lines, Announcement-only, and Message-only).
2. Tap the icon on the snack bar.
3. Tap View details.

Access voicemails

Tap the Voicemail tab to view all of your voicemails. Tap a voicemail to open. Once on the preview screen, you can:

• Tap Play to listen to the voicemail.
• Tap the Speaker icon (above the Trash bin icon) to toggle between the speaker and earphone mode.
• Tap the Message icon to send a message.
• Tap the green Phone icon to call the one who left the voicemail.
• Tap the Trash Bin icon to delete the voicemail.
• Tap the Flag icon (upper right corner) to mark the voicemail as important.
• You can also tap the Left Arrow (below the Back icon on the upper left corner) and Right Arrow (below the Flag icon) to check the previous and next voicemails.

View text messages

Tap the Text tab to view your text messages. You can also tap the Filter icon on the upper right (below the Fax tab) to view only your unread messages, drafts, or those that failed to send. From this screen, you can tap the Plus icon on the upper right corner, then tap New text to send a new one.

View faxes

Tap the Fax tab to check your faxes. You can also tap the Filter icon on the upper right (below the Fax tab) to view only your received faxes, sent faxes, drafts, or those that failed to send.

• Tap the Plus icon on the upper right corner, then tap New fax to send a new one.
• Tap on a fax message so you can preview it. Once opened, you can:
• Delete, forward, or flag the fax. 
• Tap the sender's name to see the details of the sender. You can also call the sender back, send a text message, or add the sender as a contact.
 Tap the Share icon, then tap Open in... to open the fax in another application.
• Tap the Share icon, then tap Forward as fax to forward it to someone else. See Forward a Fax Message on the RingCentral App for iOS to learn more.

Delete Call logs

1. Tap the Calls tab, then tap or long-press a contact, number, or a non-user extension (limited extensions, and groups such as Call queue, Shared lines, Announcement-only, and Message-only). 
2. Tap the 3 Dots icon on the snack bar.
3. Tap Delete.
To delete several call numbers from the log, tap Select more.
Select the numbers to remove, then tap Delete.
