To remove dial-in country number/s and select dial-in countries via Scheduled Video Meeting or via Video Meeting SettingVideo Service Settings must be set to RingCentral Meetings Embedded. From the RingCentral app dashboard, tap Video. Tap on the Hamburger icon > Settings > Video Service > RingCentral Meetings Embedded and tap the back arrow.

You can select the dial-in countries when you schedule a meeting or via Video Settings.

• When scheduling a meeting: Tap Schedule > Dial-In Country.
• When accessing Video Settings (three vertical dots) on the upper right corner of the screen: Tap Personal Meeting ID > Dial In-Country under Meeting Options.
 

Select dial-in country number/s to appear in your email invite

1. Tap Manage countries.
2. Tap on the countries that you want to add. Selected countries will have a check mark.
3. Tap Done to confirm. 

• You will see your selected dial-in numbers in Schedule > Dial-In Country section.
• You can tap, hold, and drop to reorder the view of the dial-in numbers.
• The selected country dial-in numbers will show in your invitation email. The way you sorted the dial-in numbers in the Dial-In Country section will also reflect in your invitation email.
 

Remove dial-in country number/s

1. Tap Manage Countries.
2. Tap on the country you want to delete. Make sure the check mark beside it is removed.
3. Tap Done to confirm.
