1. Launch the RingCentral app.

2. Tap your profile picture on the upper left corner of the screen.

3. Tap Settings and scroll down to Phone section.

4. Tap Call Back Caller ID to show the setting options for Call Back number.

• Default to phone number in the call log - when this option is selected, it will call back directly with your previously used number in the call log.

• Use Default Caller ID - When this option is selected, it will call back directly using your default Caller ID.

• Always Ask - When this option is selected, it will call back directly using your selected Caller ID.
