On iOS

2. Tap on your profile picture.
3. Tap on Phone.
4. Go to Call Settings and tap on Default Caller ID. The Caller ID window will open a list of available numbers that can be used. The current caller ID in use is the one with a check mark beside it.
5. To edit the Caller ID, tap the number that you want to use from the list. The app will automatically save your selected number and close the Caller ID window. The new number selected will be the one appearing under Caller ID.

Change the Caller ID using the dial pad on iOS

3. To edit the number for the outgoing caller ID, tap the drop-down arrow beside the number it displays.

On Android

1.Log in to the RingCentral App.
2. Tap Phone, then tap the dial pad icon.
3. Tap the drop-down arrow beside your current Caller ID.

4. Tap the number that you want to use from the list. The app will automatically save your selected number and close the Caller ID window.
