If a User is part of a call queue, they can set the RingCentral app mobile to receive calls from the queue if they need to handle incoming calls while still on the go.

Accept queue calls on iOS

1. Launch the RingCentral app.
2. Tap on your profile picture or avatar.
3. Ensure that your status is set to Available which is denoted with a green circle on your avatar. If needed, tap on the pencil icon to change your status.
4. Tap on the Accept queue calls toggle switch to enable it.

Accept queue calls on Android

1. Launch the RingCentral app.
2. Tap on the three horizontal bars on the upper-left corner.
3. Ensure that your status is set to Available which is denoted with a green circle on your avatar. If needed, tap on the pencil icon to change your status.
4. Tap on the Accept queue calls toggle switch to enable it.
