Paging is the way to make one-way live announcements from RingCentral app for Android. It enables real-time announcements to a combination of desk phones and overhead paging devices. This feature can be used for customers to alert staff for service or for staff to contact customers. 

IMPORTANT: A Paging Group needs to be created in your RingCentral Online account before you can use this feature. If you have not created one yet, see How to Set Up Paging on the RingCentral Online Account for the instructions.

1. In your Ringcentral app, tap Contacts > Other.
2. Tap on your Paging group, and then tap page announcement or tap the Speaker icon beside the Extension.

Page a Parked Call on iOS

1. Tap More > Park Locations.
2. Tap on a parked call, and then tap Yes on the confirmation window.
3. Select a Paging group. Your parked call will then be paged.

1. Log in to RingCentral app. 
2. Tap Contacts > Other.
2. Tap your preferred Paging group, and then tap the speaker icon.

2. Tap on a parked call, and then tap Yes on the confirmation window.
3. Select a Paging group. Your parked call will then be paged.
