Park Location is virtual extension that enables you to place a call on hold and let another employee retrieve the same call from a different phone. You can park and retrieved a parked call on the RingCentral app iOS.

It is assumed that you have already created a Park Location in your RingCentral Online Account. If you have not created one yet, see Call Park - Create a Park Location Group for the instructions.

Park a call  

1. During a call, tap Call Actions, and then select Park.
2. Select a Park location.
3. Tap Yes on the confirmation box.

Retrieve a parked call on iOS

1. On your RingCentral Mobile app, Tap the Call Park indicator that appears on your screen, it will easily pick up the parked calls by tapping the banner on your app or Tap More > Park Locations.
2. Tap the Pickup (green phone) button on the parked call that you want to retrieve.

Retrieve a parked call on Android

1.On your RingCentral Mobile app, Tap the Call Park indicator that appears on your screen, it will easily pick up the parked calls by tapping the banner on your app or Tap the Menu (three horizontal lines) icon > Park Locations.
2. Tap the Pickup (green phone) button on the parked call that you want to retrieve.

Note: You can enable and disable the Call Park indicator by using the Toggle button under Park Locations.
