Follow the steps below to change the default meeting application in the RingCentral app for mobile to RingCentral Video for a truly unified app experience.

1. Log in to the RingCentral app
2. Tap your profile picture
3. Below SETTINGS, tap Video
4. Tap Video Service, then tap RingCentral Video
5. Tap the Back (left arrow) button on the top left to exit

1. Log in to the RingCentral app
2. Tap the Menu (3 lines) button on the upper-left corner, then tap Settings
3. Scroll down to the Video section, then tap Video Service
4. Tap RingCentral Video
5. Tap the Back (left arrow) button on the top left to exit

NOTE: For both mobile platforms, the video service options are defined as follows:

• RingCentral Meetings app 

- removes the "Video" icon on the bottom menu of the RingCentral app, and meetings will need to be held using the stand-alone Meetings app.

• RingCentral Meetings embedded 

- allows you to initiate the meeting within the RingCentral Meetings app

• RingCentral Video

- allows you to use RingCentral Video.
