The RingCentral app allows administrators to search for specific call logs for purposes like tracking or troubleshooting User issues. This feature enables the administrator to filter call logs associated with the extension or phone number.

On iOS

1. Tap the More button 
2. Go to Admin Tools Company Call Logs
3. Enter the full or parts of the phone number on the space provided
4. If needed, tap on the filter icon to narrow down the search results to the following - TodayYesterdayLast 7 Days, or Custom Range
5. Search results will be displayed. Tap the Information button  to view more details

On Android

1. Tap the Menu (three horizontal bars)   icon
2. Go to Admin Tools > Company call logs
3. Enter the full or parts of the phone number on the space provided
4. If needed, tap on the filter icon to narrow down the search results to the following - TodayYesterdayLast 7 Days, or Custom Range
5. Search results will be displayed. Tap the Information button  to view more details
