You can configure the RingCentral app to use RingCentral Meetings embedded when you want to start, join, or schedule a meeting. This removes the need to download the separate RingCentral Meetings mobile app.

For Android
- Tap the hamburger button (3 horizontal lines) > Settings > Video.
- Tap Video Service, and then select RingCentral Meetings.
For iOS:
- Tap the profile photo > Video.
- Tap Video Service, and then select RingCentral Meetings.
You can do the following:
• Start and host a meeting
• Join a meeting
• Schedule a meeting
• Pair a to RingCentral Meetings Rooms system by tapping the Kebab (three vertical dots) icon on the upper-right corner of the screen, then tap Pair.

RingCentral Meetings Embeeded Settings
Personal Meeting ID
• Personal meeting ID- edit your 10-digit PMID.
• Use PMI for instant meetings - enable or disable using your PMI to start meetings.
• Host Video On - enable or disable using your video during meetings
• Attendee Video On - enable or disable attendee's video upon joining a meeting.
• Audio Option - select your preferred audio options
• Dial-In Country - select the displayed dial-in number for specific countries in the meeting invite.
• Meeting Password - set up a password required to be entered by participants before they can join the meeting
• Enable joining before host - enable or disable attendees from joining the meeting before the host.

• Auto connect audio - enable or disable automatic connection to internet audio when joining a meeting.

Host Key
- displays the host keyw used to claim host control of the meeting in meetings apps or start a meeting from a Rooms system
