You can easily share photos, PDFs and Office documents between teams and direct message conversations.
1. On your device, search for the file and long press (tap and hold) the photo or document you want to share.
2. Tap Share File.
3. On the share options, select the RingCentral app.
4. The RingCentral app will launch, select the conversation where you want to share the file. The selected conversation will show a check icon beside it.
4. Tap NEXT (Android) or Done (iOS) to share.
