Select and Manage Dial-in Countries from the RingCentral App

To remove dial-in country number/s and select dial-in countries via Scheduled Video Meeting or via Video Meeting Setting, Video Service Settings must be set to RingCentral Meetings.

On iOS:

1. Tap your profile picture

2. Below SETTINGS, navigate to Video > Video service

3. Select RingCentral Meetings

On Android:

1. Tap the Hamburger (3 lines) icon on the upper left, then tap Settings

2. Below Video, tap Video service

3. Select RingCentral Meetings

Select the dial-in countries when scheduling a video meeting

1. Tap Schedule
2. Tap Dial-In Country > Edit icon > select a Dial-In Country
3. Tap Next or the Right arrow on the upper right

Select the dial-in countries via Video meeting settings

1. Tap on the 3 vertical dots icon on the upper right
2. Tap Video meeting settings > Personal meeting ID
3. Under Meeting options, tap Dial-In country
4. Tap the Edit (Pencil) icon, then select a Dial-In Country

5. Tap Done or the Check icon on the upper right

Remove dial-in country number/s

5. Tap the country to delete from the list (make sure there is no check)
6. Tap Done or the Check icon on the upper right

Add dial-in country number(s)

To Add dial-in country number(s), Video Service Settings must be set to RingCentral Video.
