Switching from a voice call to a RingCentral Video meeting is convenient if you need to join a meeting from a conference room, turn on the video camera, and record the meeting. This can be done using the RingCentral app on your computer, iOS, or Android devices.
On your computer
During an ongoing voice call, click the Video icon, then click Switch to video.
