Admin users can interact with an AI-powered chatbot using the RingCentral mobile app, which can recommend help articles related to their questions or connect them to live agents if necessary.

Accessing the chat support

1. Tap Resources via the bottom menu bar or tap the main menu (Android)/your profile picture (iOS) at the top left, and then tap Resource center.

Note: You should be able to find the Resources button in the bottom menu bar as the default menu set. If you would like to know more, visit Customizing tabs in the RingCentral mobile app.

2. Tap Chat with Support. 

3. Enter your message in the chat field.

4. Tap Send.
