You can start a team huddle to get together for informal and unscheduled meetings. This creates less disruption because, unlike starting a video call, a team huddle doesn’t ring the team members. It will simply post a message in your team conversation that will notify everyone in the team. Each member can decide if they want to join.
 
Note: To use the team huddle feature, you must not be a guest user in the team and your video service must be RingCentral Video.
 

Starting a team huddle

 
1. Navigate to Message via the bottom menu bar or the main menu.
2. Select a team conversation.
3. Tap the video camera icon at the top right, then tap Start huddle.

4. Enter a topic for the huddle, then tap Done

    Tap Skip to leave the topic blank.
