Employees who use non-user extensions (group extensions) for internal communications and would want to see these group extensions in their contact list, so that they can call those extensions easily without memorizing it.

When the Message feature for RingCentral is turned off, call queues, shared line, announcement only, message only and limited extensions will be shown in the contact list. At this stage, non-user extension is only supported when the Message feature. To disable the Message feature of the RingCentral App, please contact support.
